Health Fitness Dubai does not endorse, recommend, certify, guarantee, or verify the accuracy, completeness, legality, or suitability of any listing.
Users are solely responsible for conducting independent due diligence before engaging with any listed professional or business.

3. User Submissions and Listings

If you submit, claim, or manage a listing on the Platform:

You represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, lawful, and up to date.
You grant Health Fitness Dubai a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and publish such content for platform-related purposes.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove, modify, or suspend any listing that is misleading, inaccurate, unlawful, or in violation of these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property
